DUTIES

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Attendant to support daily operations in our shop and yard. This hands-on role includes cleaning, equipment washing, waste removal, inventory assistance, and general upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness of shop floors, equipment, and yard
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
  • Operate forklifts and floor scrubbers
  • Support parts and service departments with general duties
  • Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and weed control
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Forklift experience or certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions

HOURS & PAY

DUTIES

Top wages paid for experienced construction equipment technician for a growing industrial equipment dealer. 

Perform quality maintenance, diagnostics, disassembly’s, inspections, rebuilds and assemblies of components including hydraulics, fuel systems, power generation, electrical codes, etc.  Must have own tools.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Parts Sales position will be responsible for answering incoming parts calls, filling retail parts orders, collaborating with service technicians, providing exceptional customer service.  Specialized training will be provided. Position available in Madison.

  • College degree in related field is a plus, but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in service management software, Office 365, engine diagnostic computer tools
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL requirements a plus
  • Preferred certifications: ASE Certification, OEM-specific training (Vermeer, Caterpillar, etc.), CDL
